The role is the single point of responsibility and accountability for Sales and Business Development activities across the Bangalore region.
-Act as the single point accountable for Business Development activities of Enerparc in AP and Telangana.
-Develop quality leads and convert maximum possible leads into last-mile opportunities.
-Achieve order booking targets and margin targets for the region.
-Analyze client requirements and propose techno-commercial solutions in coordination with the Pre-Bid Engineering team.
-Handle negotiations and order closures (EPC / PPA).
-Manage client relationships end-to-end, from lead generation to project handover and post-project feedback.
-Develop and manage channel partners.
-Maintain the sales database in ERP on a timely basis.
-Participate in external events and conferences to improve Enerparc’s market visibility.
-Support internal stakeholders as required.
Education:
-B.Tech / B.E
Experience:
-Around 6–8 years of relevant experience
Skills & Tools:
-Self-driven and highly motivated
-Clear and effective communication skills
-Strong understanding of fundamental engineering concepts
-Ability to manage work involving extensive travel
-High energy levels with the ability to perform under pressure
-Knowledge of EPC contracts and PPAs
-Expertise in Ground Mount and Rooftop Solar projects
