About the Role / Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Project Engineer cum AV Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry to manage end-to-end AV project execution, system integration, and on-site commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

-Support AV project planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

-Execute installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems, including displays, video conferencing systems, control systems, audio processors, speakers, switches, and cabling.

-Perform site surveys, review system drawings, and assist in BOQ verification.

-Troubleshoot AV equipment, network issues, and integration challenges during installation and go-live stages.

-Ensure proper documentation of system configurations, as-built drawings, and test reports.

-Coordinate with OEMs for product support and technical escalations.

-Work closely with Project Managers to track project timelines, quality standards, and delivery milestones.

-Participate in client demonstrations, FAT/SAT, and user training sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies

-Good understanding of AV integration platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, and Biamp.

-Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of AV systems.

-Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, switches, and VLANs (preferred).

-Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working on active project sites.

-Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

-Diploma or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.

-2–4 years of experience in AV Integration, AV Projects, or System Engineering.
