Job Purpose
The position exists to support the channel in the assigned territory to enhance Aftermarket Business by improving customer satisfaction levels, increasing network footprint, and providing technical and spares support.

- - Support distributors, customers, retailers, and OE service vendors in the assigned territory.
- - Enhance customer satisfaction through effective service support and issue resolution.
- - Strengthen aftermarket network presence and service effectiveness.

Education & Experience
- Education: B.Tech (MBA in International Business preferred)
- Experience: 4–9 years of service experience in the automobile industry
