About the Role / Job Purpose
The role is responsible for business development, marketing, and sales of industrial and pharmaceutical instruments across assigned regions. The position involves managing direct customers, key accounts, distributors, and leading regional sales activities to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
- - Handle sales for the Pune region.
- - Manage direct customers, key accounts, and distribution networks.
- - Meet existing and new customers to understand requirements and present company products and services.
- - Develop new customers, review enquiries, and submit commercial offers.
- - Build long-term relationships with key customers to grow account revenues.
- - Generate enquiries through cold calls and convert them into orders.
- - Present product-wise targets to customers and generate business accordingly.
- - Keep customers updated on product changes and modifications.
- - Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- - Conduct sales forecasting and plan activities to achieve targets.
- - Maintain daily MIS and provide weekly/monthly updates to management.
- - Implement company strategies for market promotion.
- - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure execution of sales plans.
- - Identify new business opportunities and expand sales footprint.
- - Lead and manage the regional sales team.
- - Coordinate and schedule application demos for prospective clients.
Preferred Industry Exposure
- - Marketing and sales experience in pharmaceutical industry–related instruments is preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Biomedical Engineering
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales of the specified product range
