Job Purpose
- - Add channel partners to buy and sell solar rooftop PV systems across districts.
- - Support channel partners and their teams to close initial orders.
- - Train channel partners and their teams on sales closure.
- - Ensure channel partners have trained technicians for installation and after-sales service.
- - Ensure customer details are shared by channel partners with the Operations team for after-sales support.
Business Targets / Dimensions
- FY 2024–25: ₹2 Crores
- FY 2025–26: ₹8 Crores
Key Responsibilities
- - Identify potential channel partner (CP) prospects in target markets.
- - Brief prospects on company profile, product range, and assess interest levels.
- - Bring shortlisted prospects to Head Office for manufacturing facility visits and product training.
- - Facilitate signing of channel partner agreements.
- - Provide sales support for initial customer orders.
- - Coordinate with Head Office operations for order execution and supply.
- - Ensure customer details are shared by channel partners after installation completion.
Experience & Qualifications
- - 8–10 years of experience in channel sales (Diploma in Electrical Engineering is an advantage).
- - Prior experience in solar sales through dealer/channel networks.
- - Proven ability to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- - Experience in managing and enforcing company SOPs with channel partners.
- - Willingness to travel up to 15 days per month.
