Brand Manager - Monkey shoulder

Role Purpose

-The Marketing Manager – MOSH & Grant’s is a senior portfolio leadership role responsible for defining and delivering the medium-to-long-term brand growth agenda for two strategically critical portfolios.

-The role owns end-to-end portfolio strategy, A&P investment governance, premiumisation agenda, and integrated execution across Route-to-Consumer, with direct accountability for driving sustainable brand equity, relevance, penetration, and profitable growth aligned to long-term business ambitions.

-The position operates as a thought partner to the Head of Marketing and Sales Leadership, translating global brand intent into locally differentiated, commercially impactful strategies.

 

Key Accountabilities

1. Portfolio & Brand Strategy Leadership

  • - Own and lead the 3–5-year portfolio strategy for MOSH & Grant’s, balancing brand equity building with short-term commercial delivery.
  • - Define clear brand roles, architecture, and prioritisation strategies.
  • - Drive portfolio trade-offs and resource prioritisation toward highest-value growth levers.
  • - Lead brand positioning evolution aligned to consumer, category, and premiumisation trends.
  • - Lead and influence external partners (creative, media, PR, digital agencies) to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • - Ensure strong governance, cadence, and clarity in stakeholder engagement.

 

2. Financial Stewardship & A&P Governance

  • - Own A&P planning, allocation, and ROI governance across both portfolios.
  • - Partner with Finance for planning, phasing, and return measurement.
  • - Establish success metrics and post-evaluation frameworks to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • - Ensure optimal budget utilisation across ATL, BTL, digital, advocacy, PR, and experiential investments.

 

3. Integrated Go-to-Market & Route-to-Consumer Execution

  • - Lead the design and execution of 360° integrated marketing programs across On-Trade and Off-Trade.
  • - Partner with Sales, RTC Commercial, and Customer Marketing teams to deliver execution-ready toolkits.
  • - Ensure alignment between brand strategy and in-market activation for consistent brand expression.

 

4. Innovation, Premiumisation & Growth Initiatives

  • - Lead innovation pipelines, renovation, and limited editions in partnership with Global Brand Teams.
  • - Drive premiumisation and value-added propositions to enhance margins and brand stretch.
  • - Support new territory, format, and proposition testing aligned to long-term growth objectives.

 

5. People & Capability Leadership

  • - Lead, coach, and develop direct-report brand managers.
  • - Build marketing capability and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance.
  • - Set clear priorities and development pathways for the team.

 

Decision Authority

  • - Portfolio strategy, brand priorities, and activation choices for MOSH & Grant’s.
  • - A&P allocation recommendations and optimisation within approved guidelines.
  • - Selection and performance management of external agencies and partners.
  • - Go-to-market prioritisation across brands, channels, and occasions.
