About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AV Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Crestron programming, Audio Visual customer support, product configuration, and diagnosing AV components.

You will be responsible for needs analysis calls with customers, generating solution PPTs, providing technology and solution suggestions, designing cost-effective systems, and managing projects. You will also handle system integration, implementation, and support to ensure a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Crestron Programming

• - Develop and implement Crestron control system programs.
• - Configure and program Crestron hardware and software for various AV systems.
•  

2. Customer & Programming Support

• - Provide expert support for AV customers and programming tasks.
• - Diagnose and troubleshoot audio and video components to resolve issues promptly.
•  

3. Needs Analysis & Solution Generation

• - Conduct needs analysis calls with customers to understand their AV requirements.
• - Generate and present solution PPTs that effectively communicate proposed AV solutions.
•  

4. Technology & Solution Suggestions

• - Suggest suitable technology and solutions to clients based on their needs and budget.
• - Design and program systems that utilise multiple OEM platforms to achieve cost-effective results.
•  

5. Project Management

• - Manage AV projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

6. System Integration & Implementation

• - Oversee the integration and implementation of AV systems for clients.
• - Ensure systems are properly integrated and fully functional upon installation.
•  

7. Support & Maintenance

• - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for AV systems post-implementation.
• - Address and resolve any system issues to maintain optimal performance.
•  

8. Regional Client Support

• - Support regional clients, including Crestron, AMX, Extron, and other similar platforms.
• - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education

• - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.

Experience

• - 4–5 years of programming experience in the AV industry.

Technical Skills

• - Proficiency in Crestron programming.
• - Experience with other AV platforms such as AMX and Extron.
• - Strong understanding of AV system design and integration.
• - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot AV components.

Preferred Qualifications

• - Certifications in Crestron, AMX, Extron, or similar platforms.
