About the Role
The Brand Manager – MOSH is responsible for end-to-end execution delivery of the Monkey Shoulder agenda in India, converting approved brand strategy and priorities into execution-ready plans and consistent in-market delivery across cities, channels and occasions.
This role ensures that brand programs are delivered with speed, quality, and discipline, coordinating Sales/RTC interfaces, advocacy execution and agency delivery to achieve agreed brand KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
1) Annual Brand Plan Execution
- - Convert strategic direction and priorities into the annual plan, activation calendar and delivery roadmap for MOSH.
- - Drive end-to-end rollout of initiatives with clear milestones, owners, and readiness checks.

2) Route-to-Consumer Execution Coordination
- - Lead cross-functional coordination for MOSH execution across On-Trade / RTC formats (and any approved Off-Trade initiatives where relevant).
- - Ensure execution readiness (toolkits, POSM, advocacy briefs, training inputs, agency outputs) ahead of key cycles.

3) Budget Management
- - Manage the MOSH brand budget at the activity level within the A&P envelope and phasing set by the Marketing Manager.
- - Track spend vs plan, raise risks early, and ensure compliance with finance/process requirements.
- - Support post-activity reporting and learning capture.

4) Advocacy & Brand Experience Delivery
- - Translate brand priorities into advocacy briefs and activation requirements.
- - Coordinate with BA/advocacy teams to ensure delivery quality and consistency in priority cities and outlets.
- - Ensure brand experience and storytelling are consistent at the point of consumption.

5) Agency Delivery Management
- - Own day-to-day agency management: briefs, timelines, quality control, and delivery governance.
- - Escalate strategic trade-offs, scope changes, or budget shifts to the Marketing Manager.

6) Measurement & Execution Learning
- - Track agreed MOSH execution KPIs (coverage, activation completion, advocacy engagement, program performance).
- - Run structured post-activity reviews and feed insights back into next cycle planning.
