About the Role

The Brand Manager – MOSH is responsible for end-to-end execution delivery of the Monkey Shoulder agenda in India, converting approved brand strategy and priorities into execution-ready plans and consistent in-market delivery across cities, channels and occasions.

This role ensures that brand programs are delivered with speed, quality, and discipline, coordinating Sales/RTC interfaces, advocacy execution and agency delivery to achieve agreed brand KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

1) Annual Brand Plan Execution

  • - Convert strategic direction and priorities into the annual plan, activation calendar and delivery roadmap for MOSH.
  • - Drive end-to-end rollout of initiatives with clear milestones, owners, and readiness checks.
  •

2) Route-to-Consumer Execution Coordination

  • - Lead cross-functional coordination for MOSH execution across On-Trade / RTC formats (and any approved Off-Trade initiatives where relevant).
  • - Ensure execution readiness (toolkits, POSM, advocacy briefs, training inputs, agency outputs) ahead of key cycles.
  •

3) Budget Management

  • - Manage the MOSH brand budget at the activity level within the A&P envelope and phasing set by the Marketing Manager.
  • - Track spend vs plan, raise risks early, and ensure compliance with finance/process requirements.
  • - Support post-activity reporting and learning capture.
  •

4) Advocacy & Brand Experience Delivery

  • - Translate brand priorities into advocacy briefs and activation requirements.
  • - Coordinate with BA/advocacy teams to ensure delivery quality and consistency in priority cities and outlets.
  • - Ensure brand experience and storytelling are consistent at the point of consumption.
  •

5) Agency Delivery Management

  • - Own day-to-day agency management: briefs, timelines, quality control, and delivery governance.
  • - Escalate strategic trade-offs, scope changes, or budget shifts to the Marketing Manager.
  •

6) Measurement & Execution Learning

  • - Track agreed MOSH execution KPIs (coverage, activation completion, advocacy engagement, program performance).
  • - Run structured post-activity reviews and feed insights back into next cycle planning.
