• - Develop and implement regulatory strategies in alignment with organisational objectives.
• - End-to-end regulatory compliance related to the project.
• - Regular interaction and liaison with State/ Central nodal agencies, TRANCOs, DISCOMs, SERC/CERC, SLDC/RLDC and other pertinent nodal agencies.
• - Extensive knowledge of Open Access, Net Metering, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• - Stay abreast of regulatory updates, policies, and guidelines affecting the renewable energy landscape.
• - Provide insights and recommendations on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
• - Collaborate cross-functionally to assess the impact of regulatory changes on business operations and devise appropriate responses.
• - Drive advocacy efforts to influence regulatory frameworks conducive to renewable energy development.
• - Analyse market trends and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and challenges for the organisation.

Requirements / Qualifications

• - MBA/BE/B.Tech/Any Graduate meet the above KRA.
• - Proven track record of 5–7 years in regulatory affairs within the energy sector, with a focus on solar power/Renewable Energy/Mixed Energy.
• - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and negotiate with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
• - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
