Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment, Induction & Onboarding

  • - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including developing JD, job postings, screening, interviews, and the pre-recruitment process.
  • - Design and coordinate induction & onboarding programs for all New Joinees.
  •  

Employee Relations & Employee Engagement Activities

  • - Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring confidentiality and fairness.
  • - Support conflict resolution and champion initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • - Developing & Implementing Employee Engagement Activities throughout the organisation.
  •  

Performance Management

  • - Coordinating with PAN India employees, assist in filling up the BalanceScore card appraisal systems.
  • - Guide managers and employees regarding Query resolution.
  • - Taking care of completing the Annual appraisal process.
  •  

Training & Development

  • - Performing all steps starting from TNI till Training Effectiveness.
  • - Support career development initiatives and employee engagement programs that build pride and ownership.
  •  

HR Policy Management

  • - Draft, refine, and implement HR policies aligned with organizational values and compliance standards.
  • - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
  •  

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • - Prepare insightful HR reports on attrition, recruitment, training, and engagement metrics.
  • - Provide data-driven recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • - Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • - 10–15 years of HR Generalist Experience.
  • - Good verbal & written English communication skills.

 

Additional Information

  • - Travel: 2 to 3 days a month.
