Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, Induction & Onboarding
- - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including developing JD, job postings, screening, interviews, and the pre-recruitment process.
- - Design and coordinate induction & onboarding programs for all New Joinees.

Employee Relations & Employee Engagement Activities
- - Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring confidentiality and fairness.
- - Support conflict resolution and champion initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- - Developing & Implementing Employee Engagement Activities throughout the organisation.

Performance Management
- - Coordinating with PAN India employees, assist in filling up the BalanceScore card appraisal systems.
- - Guide managers and employees regarding Query resolution.
- - Taking care of completing the Annual appraisal process.

Training & Development
- - Performing all steps starting from TNI till Training Effectiveness.
- - Support career development initiatives and employee engagement programs that build pride and ownership.

HR Policy Management
- - Draft, refine, and implement HR policies aligned with organizational values and compliance standards.
- - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation with meticulous attention to detail.

HR Analytics & Reporting
- - Prepare insightful HR reports on attrition, recruitment, training, and engagement metrics.
- - Provide data-driven recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- - Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- - 10–15 years of HR Generalist Experience.
- - Good verbal & written English communication skills.
Additional Information
- - Travel: 2 to 3 days a month.
