Job Description 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Order Tracking & Execution within SLA (Order to Delivery SLA Adherence)

  • - Dispatch of VOR orders within defined SLA. 
  • - Dispatch of urgent & normal orders within defined SLA. 
  • - VOR process adherence. 
  • - Timely dispatch of material physically from India. 

 

2. Claim Settlement

  • - Timely claim settlement. 
  • - Coordination with VEPDC claims team for regular tracker. 
  • - Seeking claim analysis for dealer. 

 

3. MIS Reports

  • - Timely circulation of MIS reports. 
  • - Dealer inventory health report (part-wise level). 
  • - Prepare monthly MIS report based on data from various stakeholders. 
  • - Mapping of retailer data & counter sale. 

 

4. Pricing Exercise

  • - Coordinating with Parts Commercial team for FOB updation. 
  • - Verification of FOB updation. 
  • - Automatic calculation for FOB. 

 

5. Monthly Order Finalization

  • - Finalize order list along with VEPDC & Logistics team based on LC terms. 
  • - Follow up for processing of back-orders with VEPDC & procurement. 

 

6. Digitization

  • - Digitization of current processes and implementation of new processes. 
  • - Spare parts Order to Delivery tracking. 
  • - Implementation of Poorti in select markets.
