Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • - Preparation of project schedule from L2 to L4 for the project/project activity assigned & updating post baseline creation. Knowledge of scheduling software such as MS -Project/Primavera P6. 
  • - Planning timelines and resources for activities taking into consideration relevant completion dates. 
  • - Forecasting risks, bottlenecks & material constraints which can hamper project progress. 
  • - Tracking engineering design progress and coordinating for issue resolution with the customer. 
  • - Preparing the scope document to ensure everything is covered and managing stakeholder requirements. 
  • - Tracking progress of the project and presentation of parameters at team meetings. 
  • - Internal coordination for on-time delivery of materials to site & completion of installation activities. 
  • - Implementation and ensuring safety and quality plans are followed appropriately by all stakeholders. 
  • - Identification of risks involved in project activities and updating of risk register. 
  • - Organizing internal team meetings and external stakeholder meetings to review cost, time, and quality and ensuring concerns are addressed. 
  • - Ensuring contractual & administrative closure for the project. 
  • - Ensuring timely payment collection from customer/lender and timely payment to vendors/subcontractors. 
  • - Addressing final punch points raised by the customer. 
  • - Taking over certificate, settlement of warranty claims of the customer. 
  • - Preparation of lessons learnt for the project. 

 

Requirements / Qualifications

  • - Degree in engineering or construction with minimum 10+ years of experience in renewable sector. 
  • - Proven experience of minimum 100MW+ single project planning & management for international solar EPC project for entire cycle of execution. 
  • - Experience in project management tools and software. 
  • - PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. 
  • - Knowledge of scheduling software such as MS Project/Primavera P6.
