About the Role
You will own ad strategy and ad-driven outcomes for 4–5 consumer brands on quick commerce, managing ₹1–2 crores per month in budgets.
This is a P&L-driven role. You will design top-level growth strategy and lead two Ad Managers who execute campaigns under you.
You must be equally strong at strategy and execution. That means thinking top-down — revenue goals to contribution margin to ad intensity to keyword expansion — while also building clear execution frameworks, auditing performance weekly, and making sharp data-backed decisions.
You will architect growth, not just manage campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- -Own ad strategy and outcomes for multiple consumer brands on quick commerce platforms.
- -Manage monthly ad budgets of ₹1–2 crores.
- -Design and drive top-level growth strategy aligned with revenue and profitability goals.
- -Lead and manage two Ad Managers executing campaigns.
- -Build execution frameworks and ensure consistent campaign performance.
- -Conduct weekly performance audits and take data-backed decisions.
- -Align ad strategy with contribution margins, keyword expansion, and revenue goals.
- -Structure budgets across SKUs, geographies, and store networks.
- -Align ad strategy with operational realities.

Requirements / Ideal Candidate
- - Experience managing ₹1 Cr+ per month in quick commerce ads on average.
- - Minimum 12+ months of deep quick commerce experience.
- - Strong understanding of platform properties, keyword economics, ROAS dynamics, and drivers of visibility and revenue.
- - Ability to think like a business head rather than just a campaign operator.
- - Strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in Excel and website analysis.
- - Ability to work with data rigorously and execute with precision.
