Senior Vice President - Client Solutions

Job Description

We seek a seasoned SVP - Client Solutions with over 20 years in global financial/business consulting to lead high-impact client relationships and drive revenue growth.

This executive role focuses on expanding the portfolio with financial institutions, leveraging deep industry expertise to deliver bespoke advisory solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • - Lead end-to-end client engagements for C-suite stakeholders in banking, asset management, and private equity, managing portfolios. 
  • - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, identifying opportunities in regulatory compliance (US GAAP/IFRS), ESG advisory, business risk advisory, and digital transformation. 
  • - Build and mentor high-performing teams, building a culture of excellence, innovation, and client-centric delivery. 
  • - Drive thought leadership through industry reports, webinars, and speaking engagements at various forums or global finance summits. 
  • - Collaborate with global partners to shape firm-wide client solutions strategy, ensuring alignment with emerging trends like AI-driven analytics and sustainable finance. 
  • - Oversee P&L for client verticals, achieving YoY growth through cross-selling assurance, tax, and consulting services. 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • - 20+ years in financial/business consulting, with 15+ years in senior leadership. 
  • - Proven track record managing complex client relationships in financial services, with expertise in deal origination, solution design, and delivery. 
  • - MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution; certifications like CFA, CPA, or PMP preferred. 
  • - Strong commercial acumen, with experience in balanced scorecards, performance management, and talent acquisition for consulting teams. 
  • - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; experience in India/US markets a plus. 
  • - Women candidates preferred to advance diversity goals in leadership.
