About the Role

We are hiring a Banking & Accounts - Manager to lead the finance operations of a growing alco-bev business in India.

The role will manage banking, accounting, taxation and regulatory compliance, ensuring strong financial discipline while supporting business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage banking relationships including working capital facilities, LC/BG, forex transactions and treasury operations, payment processes. 
• - Oversee day-to-day accounting, financial closing and accurate maintenance of books of accounts. 
• - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax and statutory filings. 
• - Monitor accounting and documentation related to excise and alcohol regulatory requirements. 
• - Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis and support budgeting and planning. 
• - Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities. 
• - Establish strong internal controls and financial processes. 

Candidate Profile

• - MBA Finance or equivalent accounting professional qualification preferred. 
• - 2 to 5 years of experience in FMCG / alco-bev / regulated industry. 
• - Strong understanding of banking, taxation and financial controls. 
• - Experience handling imports, forex transactions and regulatory compliance preferred. 
• - Understanding of Excise, Bottling In India (BII) vs. Bottled In Origin (BIO) taxation.
