Job Description
Trade Marketing Manager oversees the implementation of marketing plans, including promotional materials, advertising opportunities, and client acquisition.
Responsible for driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face channel partners and providing valuable information about products and services to consumers.
Develops plans to foster human relationships through communication and the distribution of marketing collateral to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- - Use the O/L segmentation framework for deployment of the visibility elements, as per the outlet-classification matrix. Basis the annual/quarterly target, ensure to drive visibility at the Platinum & Gold Off Trade Outlets.
- - Play a key part in business opportunities, sales presentations including pricing and portfolio management.
- - Coordinate with Brand team on brand POSM allocations, sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance through the provision of activity.
- - Fulfillment of trade materials and procurement to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- - Monitor pricing strategy of competitors and own brand positioning in the market.
- - Initiate various trade marketing activities across channels.
- - Collaborate with the brand team to build sales promotions and product communications and ensure brand/event execution excellence.
- - Maintain inventory of collaterals received & deployed during the financial year.
- - Prepare reports on ageing & utilization.
- - In consultation with the respective Salesperson, jointly identify the outlets for running consumer promotions (basis the outlet classification).
- - Conduct pre & post activation tracking as per the available format.
- - Ensure any specific program / promotion / campaign, apart from centrally designed programs, is run through the Brand team for collaboration.
