- - Understand prospective application requirements and focus segments as per SCV GTM strategy, including execution related to EV charging infrastructure.
- - Identify suitable product offerings.
- - Explain product features and benefits to prospective customers.
- - Finalise terms of sale as per authorisation limits.
- - Support customers in securing product finance.

- Meet customer requirements and achieve business plan sales targets for the region.
2. Business Development
- - Map the area extensively to identify the right prospects for all SCV fuel lines and focus applications.
- - Explore potential buyers entering segments and related transportation businesses.
- - Conduct value proposition discussions and explain product features and benefits to prospective customers.

- Achieve targets for new customer additions in the region.
3. Customer Engagement & Process Adherence
Customer Engagement
- - Understand the customer pulse.
- - Conduct quarterly mapping of major customers and work jointly with aftermarket teams to resolve service issues.
- - Work with counterparts for site improvement along with mining teams.
- - Participate in tendering processes for future work with customer management teams.
- - Ensure diligent follow-ups and closure on MOMs.

Process Adherence
- - Understand information needs of the region.
- - Ensure reports, presentation demos, live trial results, customer feedback, and other important information are submitted within stipulated timelines.

- Achieve customer satisfaction and faster resolution of issues and disputes.
- Ensure process adherence for a uniform customer experience and timely delivery.
- Increase customer engagement leading to repeat sales.
4. Successful SCV Introduction & Ramp Up as per Plan at Targeted Price Realisation
- - Develop a complete understanding of the area of operation and its potential TIV.
- - Maintain networks in the market with financiers, manufacturers, and customer influencers to expand and maintain market share.
- - Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions aligned with business focus.
- - Analyse data and negotiate effectively to realise better pricing.
- - Drive phase-wise and fuel-wise SCV launch and ramp-up at targeted price realisation.
Objective
- Maintain market share as per defined targets.

- Achieve business plan targets.
5. People Management
- - Manage self-performance and collaborate with regional stakeholders (internal & external).
- - Manage team performance by identifying competency gaps and facilitating development for internal and external teams.
- - Administer performance management processes.
- - Engage and retain talent.
- - Collaborate with other RSMs and corporate counterparts at HO to achieve business targets for the region.
