- Achieve over 80% coverage with successor-ready talent.

- Design and implement a framework to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Ensure adoption across business units and improve internal mobility.

IV. Embed Talent Analytics and Workforce Planning
- Integrate data-driven decision-making into all aspects of talent management.
- Ensure dashboards are actively used and ROI on talent investments is measured.

V. Organisational Design & Workforce Planning
- Work closely with Functional Heads on right sizing, right talent, and optimal organisation structure across key functions.

VI. Drive Cultural and Capability Transformation
- Lead initiatives supporting business shifts such as go-to-market or digital transformations.
- Drive measurable improvements in capability indices and adoption of new behaviours.
