Mission

To design and execute enterprise-wide talent management strategies that enable business growth, future-readiness of key talent, and help develop a strong leadership pipeline in a high-velocity FMCG environment.

 

Key Outcomes

 

I. Build a High-Impact Talent Strategy

  • Develop and align a comprehensive talent management plan with the organisation’s strategy. 
  • Ensure the plan is finalised and endorsed by leadership. 
  •  

II. Strengthen the Leadership Pipeline

  • Establish robust succession plans for CXOs, VPs, and Function Heads. 
  • Achieve over 80% coverage with successor-ready talent. 
  • Increase the percentage of internal promotions versus external hires. 
  •  

III. Institutionalise HiPo Identification and Development

  • Design and implement a framework to identify and develop high-potential employees. 
  • Ensure adoption across business units and improve internal mobility. 
  •  

IV. Embed Talent Analytics and Workforce Planning

  • Integrate data-driven decision-making into all aspects of talent management. 
  • Ensure dashboards are actively used and ROI on talent investments is measured. 
  •  

V. Organisational Design & Workforce Planning

  • Work closely with Functional Heads on right sizing, right talent, and optimal organisation structure across key functions. 
  •  

VI. Drive Cultural and Capability Transformation

  • Lead initiatives supporting business shifts such as go-to-market or digital transformations. 
  • Drive measurable improvements in capability indices and adoption of new behaviours.

  • - Deep understanding of FMCG business operations, including go-to-market models, supply chain structures, and marketing functions impacting organisational design.

  • - Expertise in designing scalable talent management architectures and system-led talent practices. 
  • - Experience leading organisation-wide transformation efforts, including role clarity, capability building, and structural redesigns.
