As a Sales Hunter for an AV System Integrator company, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Your primary goal is to expand the customer base by proactively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting AV solutions that align with their requirements. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven individual with a strong background in AV systems and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- - Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- - Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry associations, and online research.
- - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

- - Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

- - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

- - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company policies.

Relationship Building
- - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications
Education
- - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
