Senior Manager - Brand & Comm

Job Description

 

We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand & Communications professional who can lead brand-building initiatives and develop impactful communication strategies across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving integrated marketing communication programs, developing compelling brand narratives, and partnering with creative agencies to deliver engaging consumer experiences that strengthen brand equity.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • - Develop and execute holistic brand and communication strategies aligned with business objectives. 
  • - Create strong brand-building concepts and write comprehensive creative briefs for 360-degree marketing campaigns. 
  • - Lead the development of integrated communication plans across digital, social, media, experiential, and other consumer touchpoints. 
  • - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful brand campaigns. 
  • - Guide creative teams and agency partners in developing innovative ideas, content, and storytelling approaches. 
  • - Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone, and positioning across all communication channels. 
  • - Drive execution of brand and marketing communication initiatives from concept to launch. 
  • - Monitor campaign performance and evaluate the effectiveness of brand-building programs and communication investments. 
  • - Identify consumer, cultural, and market trends to enhance brand relevance and engagement. 

 

Must-Have Requirements

  • - Extremely strong ability to think strategically and plan holistically. 
  • - Proven experience in developing brand-building concepts and writing creative briefs for 360-degree campaigns. 
  • - Strong understanding of communication platforms, channels, and media ecosystems. 

 

Good-to-Have Skills

  • - Creative ability to develop and guide teams or agencies on innovative ideas and content creation. 
  • - Experience in executing integrated 360-degree marketing and communication campaigns.
