1. Job Purpose
Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) is a new and rapidly expanding business for Apraava, operating pan-India, including locations like Assam, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. The Accounts & Finance function is centralized at the Registered Office in Delhi.
This position is responsible for the overall AMI business operations within the state, covering implementation, O&M, and revenue/cash management.

3. Principal Accountabilities
Accountability: Overall responsibility for AMI business in the state, including implementation, O&M, and revenue/cash management.
Major Activities:
- Manage relationships with key DISCOM stakeholders to facilitate Smart Meter rollout in the state.
- Lead project planning for operational activities, with a focus on:
- Meter installation.
- Meter advising.
- Bill generation.
- Coordinate meter supply chain planning and forecasting with the SCM team.
- Monitor and report daily field progress, including:
- Team mobilization.
- Meter installation.
- Old meter handover.
- Meter reporting in HES.
- Coordinate and monitor meter supplies post-delivery and conduct weekly reconciliation of meters at the warehouse.
- Implement and monitor HSSE guidelines, including periodic audits with the HSSE team.
- Coordinate consumer awareness activities at the site with DISCOM and the PR team.
- Ensure uninterrupted AMI operations in the state as per SLA requirements.
- Lead the circle-wise team, resolve field-level operational issues, and liaise with stakeholders for quick resolutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with AMI SOPs and uphold zero tolerance for malpractices in alignment with Apraava's Code of Conduct.
- Set operational KPIs for Smart Meter rollout in line with yearly/monthly targets.
- Validate monthly SLA reports and manage invoice submissions to DISCOM.
- Handle capacity planning, recruitment, and training of new hires.

Educational Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate or Post-Graduate.
Functional Skills
