JOB TITLE: SENIOR MANAGER – SOLAR STORAGE
SOLUTIONS

REPORTS TO: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

1. JOB PURPOSE
• To develop BMS solutions for storage applications
• To integrate BMS with Storage batteries in a racking system and test them
• Secure certifications for the Storage solutions
DIMENSIONS
• Sales of Solar storage solutions
2025-26: 20 crores
2026-27: 50 crores
2027-28: 100 crores

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• To identify programmable BMS hardware options
• To develop programmes for BMS for different battery applications
• To oversee the selection of the right batteries for the various solutions
• To work with battery suppliers to develop the battery packs and BMS to company specs
• To work with PCS / inverter suppliers to choose the right ones for the batteries selected based
on application
• To train the installation teams on storage solution installation
• To work with customer care to develop an after-sales solution package and support them
whenever required
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Degree / diploma in engineering
• Knowledgeable on various battery solutions
• > 5-6 year experience in Storage battery applications
• Systematic thinker and reliable, disciplined character
• Good communication skills
