Executive - Proposal

Experience (in years): Minimum 2-4 years in Proposals, costing and estimation, etc.
Educational / professional Qualification: B. E. / B.Tech Mechanical

Competencies / Skills Required: 

 

  1. Knowing the basics of proposals making, preferably Biomass Boilers
  2. Good communication Skills and ability to work in Teams.
  3. Fluent in written and spoken English.
  4. Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory  (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc).

As a executive in Proposal, you will assist the proposal team with estimations, offer preparation, and maintaining relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders involved in the company’s operations. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that all proposal activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

 

Job Description: 

  1. Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor.
  2. To prepare Costings and Proposals as per the received enquiries in an accurate manner.
  3. Forwarding Enquiry sheets to Clients for understanding their requirements.
  4. Evaluation of Client’s requirements & preparing cost estimates of projects.
  5. Interaction with other Teams for obtaining relevant data and information on a daily basis.
  6. Understanding and analyzing technical specifications of Process Boilers, Power Plant Equipment, and technologies related to Biomass Fuel, Renewable Energy, Bioenergy, Bio-CNG, etc.
  7. Accompanying Seniors for Site Visits and Business Development Meetings.
  8. Preparation and Amending of various contracts/agreements.
  9. Working on and compiling information for the preparation of Detailed Project Reports.
  10. Drawing, AutoCAD support to Design Team.
  11. Maintaining Reports and Databases related to enquiries and proposals.
  12. Interaction with Site Teams and maintaining various Feedback reports and updating the same on a daily/weekly basis to Seniors / Management.
  13. Provide support in terms of execution and assistance wrt daily tasks.
  14. Prepare reports as and when required.
  15. Maintain department records and undertake any general departmental administration.
  16. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to procurement
  17. Other minor miscellaneous tasks, as and when required.
