Manager - HR

 

JOB TITLE: MANAGER - HR REPORTS TO: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - HR
1. JOB PURPOSE
• To support in end-to-end HR & Admin Function
• Talent acquisition- Recruitment as per requirement in all business verticals and
department.
• Talent development - Induction & Orientation, to oversee the training and on-going
development of company personnel - through in-house training programs performed
by the relevant line managers.
• HR operations - Payroll, statutory compliance and administrative functions -
Supporting Team to ensure requirement are met timely and smooth operation.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• HR Generalist with experience in recruitment, training, ER, IR & Labour Law
Compliance, Policy Implementation, MIS.
• Skills and Qualifications: Hiring, Human Resources Management, Payroll
Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation
and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Statutory compliance, employment & Labour
Laws
• Co-ordinate and support in Recruitment process(Permanent and contract).
• Support in end-to-end employee life cycle including on-boarding for new joiners,
confirmation, attendance, grievance handling, employee relations, and employee
Separation.
• Ensure the data updation on Portal for all employees.
• Partnering with all employees on HR Issues and recommending actions on all People
related issues for the business.
• Support in Liaisoning & Statutory compliance with Factory Inspector, Government
Labour Officer, Provident Fund, Employment Exchange, I.T.I., Government
departments.
• HR data MIS updations.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR function
• Post-Graduation in HR(MBA/MSW)
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
• Good experience and exposure of working in matrix organization as well as cross
functional teams. (Manufacturing sector)
• Proven skill in operations and basic software such as Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of HRIS, HR Digitization & MIS - Analytics, attention to detail.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, Good team player
• languages: English / Kannada / Hindi
