REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER –
RESIDENTIAL & LIGHT COMMERCIAL SALES

1. JOB PURPOSE
• Add Channel partners to buy and sell Solar roof top PV systems in districts.
• Support Channel partner & their team to close initial orders.
• Train the Channel partner and his team on Sales closure.
• Ensure the Channel partner has trained technicians for installation and after sales service.
• Ensure Customer details are provided by Channel Partner to Operations team to provide after sales
support.

DIMENSIONS
• FY 2024–25: Rs 2 crores
• FY 2025–26: Rs 8 crores

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Identify CP prospects in the potential markets.
• Briefing the prospects about company, product ranges and understand the interest.
• Bring the prospects to HO to show manufacturing facility and Product training.
• Get the CP agreement signed.
• Sales support for initial orders
• Co-ordinate with HO operation for order Execution and supply.
• Ensure customer details are provided by CP on completion of installation.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• 8-10 years of Channel Sales; Diploma in Electrical Engineering is a plus
• Prior experience on Solar Sales through dealer channel
• Demonstrated ability to meet monthly and annual targets
• Experience in managing company standard operating procedures (SOP) with Channel partners
• Willing to travel 15 days per month
• Strong team player, able to build and motivate Channel Partner
• Go-getter, who can take initiative and work independently
