Role Overview
The Delay and Quantum Experts will play a critical role in providing expert analysis, testimony, and strategic advice on complex disputes. These professionals will be responsible for supporting high-value arbitration and litigation matters while also leveraging their network to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
•    Expert Testimony: Act as an expert witness in international arbitration and litigation, providing written and oral testimony.
•    Dispute Resolution: Analyze construction delays (for Delay Expert) and assess financial claims (for Quantum Expert) related to major projects.
•    Business Development: Build and expand MASIN’s presence by leveraging strong relationships with law firms, contractors, and clients in Dubai and London.
•    Project Advisory: Offer strategic advice on claims, disputes, and contract administration for large-scale projects.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with legal teams, contractors, and clients to deliver expert reports and analyses.

Key Requirements
•    Minimum 5 expert testimonies in international arbitration/litigation.
•    Proven experience in delay analysis (for Delay Expert) or quantum evaluation (for Quantum Expert) in large-scale disputes.
•    Strong network and relationships with leading law firms in Dubai and London.
•    Ability to generate business opportunities and expand MASIN’s market presence.
•    Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
