Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager
Job Type : Full-Time
Location: International Projects


Key Responsibilities:
▪ Project Execution Strategy: based on the contract, develops, and implements the overall strategy
for the execution of the project in order to achieve the project performance goals.
▪ Communication: represents our organization towards the customer; controls and manages this
interface and relationship in a way which meets the customers’ needs & expectations. Manages
the internal and external communication loop.
▪ Project Organization: defines, sets up and secures the necessary resources for the execution of
the project. Organizes the project team and ensures that the team members have clearly identified
roles, responsibilities, and defined interfaces and are empowered within their scope of duties.
Manages the overall scope of the project and also oversees the scope of each participating entity.
▪ Performance Management: constantly monitors and if requested reports the necessary key
performances indicators (KPI). Takes immediately all necessary actions and decisions to guarantee
financial, time, quality, and HSE performance to maximise project goals achievements.
▪ Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management: establishes, implements, and
monitors the Project Quality Plan, Procedures, HSE Plan. Implements quality improvements where
necessary. Ensures best compliance with specification at lowest final cost.
▪ Contract Management: understands all contractual and legal obligations and applies them when
interacting with customers, partners & suppliers. Involves legal experts where necessary. Identifies,
resolves, and manages all changes and variation orders.

▪ Claim Management defines strategy for managing claims and directs actions accordingly. Pro-
actively collects and addresses claims by deciding on actions and leading them in consideration of

the defined strategy.
▪ Risk and Opportunities defines & implements a Risk Management Plan involving all relevant
stakeholders. Constantly monitors and reviews the risk and opportunities of the Project. Evaluates
and decides on actions and savings that benefit the overall performance of the Project. Follows-up
these actions implementation and results.
▪ Project Process: assumes full responsibility for the project through Hand Over from Tendering until
all obligations are complete at FAC and/or Hand Over. Takes necessary actions to improve the
overall project process. Manages and resolves conflicts. Also provides feedback to Sales,
Tendering, and other Business Functions on the performance of the Project and processes.
▪ People Management: builds, leads and coaches a committed Project team that guarantees the
highest-level performance for the Project. Defines Project goals and objectives, evaluates
performance against them and provides performance evaluation and suggestions for development
plans to the functional management.
▪ Project Planning: develops, monitors & communicates the Master Time Schedule and updates it
on a periodical basis so that it reflects the current status. Avoids scheduling conflicts. Manages
Project float to ensure timely completion of the Project.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum 12+ years of work experience in
Electrical / Renewable energy sectors.
• Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing
teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Energy / Electrical EPC Projects.
• Strategic thinker with the capacity to develop and execute effective strategies.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
