The Brand Ambassador will fully embody the brand and its values, forging connections with target audiences through authenticity, passion, credibility, and influence. This role involves identifying and building relationships with key influencers across consumer, trade, and media sectors. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who can manage an intense travel schedule and execute a wide variety of activities on behalf of the brand.
Attend, network, and forge relationships with the consumer set in your market(s) through consumer events.
Create and/or deliver brand experiences at live or virtual events, providing education on the brand, category, and associated lifestyle.
Build relationships with key bartenders and other On/Off Trade opinion leaders to inspire advocacy and educate them about the brand.
Support the commercial team and on-premise specialists in identifying and maintaining key accounts, ensuring agreed KPIs are met.
Serve as the face of the brand for PR opportunities across trade and consumer press.
Forge and nurture relationships with journalists.
Deliver tastings, conduct interviews, and host media on distillery trips where appropriate.
Establish and maintain a credible social media presence in alignment with the brand’s positioning.
Collect and share market intelligence and competitive insights with brand and regional teams through regular updates.
Contribute to brand planning sessions by offering brand and category expertise along with creative ideas.
Act as the brand’s key representative and knowledge source for internal teams and agencies, embodying the brand at all times.
