Regional Sales Head – Beem Residential Solar

Beem is Husk’s residential solar business, focused on building India’s leading consumer
brand in clean energy. The business offers urban homeowners high-quality rooftop solar
systems bundled with financing, installation, and after-sales support—delivered through
a fully digital-first experience. Beem already serves a growing base of satisfied
customers and is seeing strong word-of-mouth and repeat demand. The goal now is to
rapidly expand across Tier 1 and 2 cities, build deep fulfillment capabilities, and launch
new energy solutions tailored for this segment. Beem aims to become the market leader
and category-defining brand for residential solar in India.

About the Role:
Beem is building India’s most ambitious residential solar platform. From a growing early-
stage base, we are targeting ₹1000 crore in revenue within 3 years. The Regional Sales
Head will drive this growth in [-------] by building a strong sales engine and achieving
aggressive revenue targets.
What You Will Do:
● Own and deliver regional sales targets for Beem’s residential solar business.

● Drive sales in your region to contribute to Beem’s aggressive growth targets.
● Build and lead inside sales and on-ground sales teams across key cities in your
region.
● Drive lead conversion across digital, assisted, and partner channels.
● Scale consumer acquisition through direct sales, channel partnerships, and local
activations.
● Ensure a seamless handover to fulfilment and service teams for high NPS.
● Build partnerships with local financiers, housing societies, influencers, and
channel partners.
● Track and deliver core KPIs: revenue, margins, CAC, sales productivity, and
conversion rates.
● Work closely with the Fulfilment and CX teams to resolve bottlenecks and
improve the customer journey.
● Build and develop a high-performance regional sales team.


Requirements:
● 8–12 years in fast-growing consumer businesses with sales leadership
experience.
● Proven track record of delivering aggressive revenue growth in consumer
markets.
● Strong leadership across inside sales, field sales, and channel partnerships.
● Experience in sectors like residential solar, consumer tech, fintech, home
services, or consumer durables.
● Expertise in driving multi-channel consumer sales.
● Process- and data-driven execution approach.
● Strong leadership instincts and a bias for action in fast-paced environments.
● Energy/solar sector experience is a plus but not mandatory; learning agility is
essential.


The role requires frequent travel across your region.
