The incumbent is responsible for selling Parker Lord APS products & solutions to customers in assigned market segments and/or geographic territory. Responsibilities include maintaining existing business and prospecting new customers through distribution or direct sales channels, managing payment collections, forecasting sales, gathering market intelligence, engaging with EV OEM & battery manufacturers to qualify APS products, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders and customers.

Annual Sales Responsibility: $1.2 Million

- Selling structural adhesives & thermal management solutions directly to key and strategic customers and through distributors.
-Forecasting, planning, and monitoring inventory and collections.
-Managing timely receivables and communicating customer feedback to the technical team.
-Coordinating product logistics with the warehouse team.
-Maintaining and analyzing sales data and reporting periodically.

-Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Polymer/Mechanical/Chemical/Adhesives)
-5–10 years of industrial selling experience, especially in tech-based products
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
-High ethical standards, time management, and interpersonal skills
-Sales operational knowledge with a strategic, marketing-driven BD mindset
-MBA in Marketing
-Experience in automotive or industrial applications
-Experience in New Business Development
